I hit my one year anniversary since I started being a gym regular (with occasional breaks). The goal was to become toned and I’m basically there. Can’t get abs because I can’t commit to dieting thus forever having some belly fat. I did lose about 30lbs. and dropped 2 pant sizes though! The best part is that I have upper body strength now and I can walk up stairs without dying. Kudos me.
